Positionà Area Sales Manager - East
Reports to: Sales Director
Responsibilities / Role Objectives
The Area Sales Manager will have the responsibility of meeting regioanl sales target for products in the defined territory through direct and in-direct channels.
Main activities:
- Understand existing accounts, develop new accounts and work out a plan to meet regional order booking and revenue quota
- Develop and nurture existing accounts through active engagement, rapport and relationship building
- Assess ability of partners in the region, develop and train them to add value to their business
- Identify and develop new partners to cover Geography and the segments of the region
- Work with segment specific BDM, Marketing Manager and Sales Director to boost business for new products and segments
- Develop account management plan for top 10 accounts as per KAM template of client
- Conduct regular product and corporate presentations to spread awareness of products, distinct functionality and USP
- Management of sales funnel , systematic follow-up and regular forecast through CRM tool
- Participate in monthly review calls and provide monthly and quarterly forecast
- Develop effective annual sales plan along with sales director to meet annual sales quota and future growth
- Develop JAP for partners business along with channel sales manager and sales director.
- Participate in sales promotional activities such as exhibitions, road shows, conferences, user meet etc
- Work with service team for pre and post sales needs
