Job Description

What you will do


  • Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with Stryker’s new and existing customers and drives recurrent sales cycles and continuous growth.
  • Cultivate new sales opportunities alongside the Regional Sales Manager, alongside planning and executing a quarterly and annual business plan, identifying existing revenue streams, and driving acquisitions across the territory.
  • Manage capital sales cycles for high-value products.
  • Provide consistent and timely reporting of key account activities, forecasts, and other ad-hoc reports.
  • Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and support in the operation and use of our Stryker’s Ortho products.
  • Attend sales training meetings, trade shows and other internal and external events to promote and give visibility to the companies’ products.
  • Achieve territory financial targets through effective customer management and new business development.

What you need


  • Bachelor's degree in business, science or a similar field
  • 6+ years of sales experience Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel Preferred: Experience in medical device sales
