Job Description

  • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly & weekly sales plans and priorities and schedule team activities so the targets are met.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ensure that the agreed territory budgets are achieved and maintain and grow revenue for the organization with new customer acquisition.
  • Key Account management and familiarity & approach to all relevant stakeholders, in the decision-making unit (DMU) of the Key Account.
  • Ensure that sales performance is optimized at all levels and channels by setting appropriate targets.
  • Work closely with clients to determine their present and future needs and propose suitable products, services and upgrades in order to provide a Consultative approach to their needs.
  • Respond to customer’s enquiries, negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet targets.
  • Provide necessary training to customers and ensure their competency in the company’s products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations (where applicable) and preparation of sales proposals. Sales presentations must include all products in line with the Consultative solution sales approach.         
  • Identify and gain new business through a sustained program of cold calling, mailing and following up referrals/leads and keeping abreast of competitor's sales strategies.
