Purpose Statement :


Would Look after 80% Exterior Paints and 20% interior paints. The candidate would be required to do Cold Calling and get it done from his team. He would be responsible to get leads from Dealers ,Contractors, Retailers and Architects for Repainting site , New Buildings, Bunglow’s , Commercial property etc. Requires getting leads and transforming them to our Brand. Would have one TTSI ( off rols) under him. Projects head for the region.


Key Accountabilities


Develop a strong & healthy Institutional business for to meet volume & GM target.


To provide best in class sales support to the customer 


New Customer development to generate additional sales,Profitable  increase in sales  from the existing customers


To maintain & improve the Key Account Management in the Institutional function of the  Paints business


To meet the Product Stewardship & SSHE compliance requirements of the business


Job Requirements 


Qualifications/ Education:


 With 2 – 3 years experience in sales and direct customer handling. Experience in Project Sales. Graduate/MBA with 2 to 3 years experience in  institutional sales/ industrial sales.



Business and/or Functional Skills/ Knowledge:


Should have performed strongly in a sales with Institutional role with a proven track record in a similar industry that caters to direct customer requirements



Experience:


3 – 4  years of experience from industries like, Paints, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Lubes, Tiles etc.
