Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Programme Manager "PMO" to join our business in the Ahmedabad, India working on exciting projects in managing one of our mega township project in Ahmedabad.


As Programme Manager, you will: 


  • Engage with the multi-disciplinary teams from the client.
  • Be responsible for driving compliance for the regional projects.
  • Advise on the strategic level on project timeline and commercials.
  • Provide Scope, Risk, Schedule and Milestone, Budget, Change, Scope management and Resource forecasting. 
  • Set up and implement the program structures, processes, and standards.
  • Responsible for driving project governance in the region.
  • Oversee the execution of the program and ensure that program is executed as per set up and the programs objectives and KPI’s are met. 
  • Lead and prepare the status and performance reporting and meetings with the client and internal management.  
  • First point of contact for the client and responsible for management of client relationship and related commission outputs and deliverable management. 
  • Data led analysis the program performance and lessons learned and set up and embed plans of actions to unlock value improvements.
  • Manage the program team of 5-10 project managers. 
  • Manage capital pipeline of work, changes, forecasting, baseline and information management.
  • Responsible for driving consistency, improvement and transformation in service delivery across the region and complying with the Capital Project delivery governance processes and project management Standard Operating Procedures (Client’s handbook).
  • Support the country project managers to review capital spend in region.
  • Support the country project managers on general delivery of the projects in region.

Qualifications
  • 15 + years relevant experience in programme management. 
  • B.E Engineering/Construction Management
  • Project management experience. 
  • Real Estate construction experience. 
  • Strong stakeholder management. 
  • Experience in managing a team and ability to set priorities. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills. 
  • Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
