Overview This role is part of Make to Deploy (MTD) Move team which supports the sustainment and delivery of Warehousing solutions of the PepsiCo Global template (built through Blue Yonder WMS) integrating with SAP S/4HANA ERP. This role will be primarily responsible for Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solution which includes: Outbound Processing to Customer Yard Management Outbound Processing to Customer Core Inventory Management Customer Returns Empties and Returnable Packaging Inbound Processing from Supplier Internal Warehouse Processes Physical Inventory (Including Cycle Counts) Replenishment in Warehouse Scrapping in Warehouse Supplier Returns Warehouse Cross-Docking Warehouse Exception Processing Warehouse Material Movements to Staging and from Production And related Master Data as applicable Responsibilities Accountabilities: Partner with the Make to Deploy Warehouse Operations Global Process and Solution Design Teams to sustain and deliver the end-to-end solution. Support decision-making for Warehousing localization functionality. Ensure PepsiCo Corporate Warehousing policies reflected in the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) are implemented to standard with appropriate localization. Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification, and standardization capabilities. Ensure PGT lift, and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors. Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology. Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against. Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies. Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute Qualifications Key Skill Experience Required Bachelor’s degree required. 9-12 years of experience configuring, deploying, and managing Blue Yonder Warehouse Management system with integration experience to third party solutions. Certification in Blue Yonder will be an added advantage. Mandatory Technical Skills Demonstrate Leadership skills, including planning, organization, prioritization, collaboration. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements. Solves highly complex problems within their work team. Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments. Mandatory Non-Technical Skills DIFFERENTIATING COMPETENCIES Negotiation Skills Coaching/Facilitation skills (as promoted by the Agile Coaching Institute), including but not limited to Levels of Listening Conflict Resolution Root Cause facilitation Training techniques Differentiating Competencies Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments. Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences. Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.
