Job Description

Overview The Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer/developer will be the senior technical SME in the IAM organization and is responsible to architect, design, implement and support access management solutions in distributed OnPrem & Cloud infrastructure. Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues. Main Purpose: Works closely with enterprise architects to ensure adequate security solutions are in place to mitigate identified risks sufficiently, while meeting business objectives and regulatory requirements. Provide technical leadership and deliver complex projects. Create and maintain documentation for security related activities and metrics reporting via Computer Associates (CA) IDM and Recertification tools. Responsibilities Support the Identity and Access Management Application operations for key projects In-depth knowledge of application security concepts, best practices and methods Technical SME and expertise in Identity and Access Management technologies - CA Identity Manager, CA Identity Provides subject matter expertise in solutioning and implementing identity management requirements. Works primarily within the IAM space and must possess deep background and experience in this domain. Provides advanced architecture and engineering support to automate and administrate identity and compliance requirements. Drives planning and execution of identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements. Creates and maintains standards surrounding documentation related to identity processes, procedures and infrastructure. Assesses current applications and architecture to ensure current implementations align with industry guidelines, best practices and management approved standards. Contribute to the development of the workforce and customer identity and access management strategy. Collaborate with Solution Architects, application development teams, Cybersecurity staff, and the Infrastructure team to define the enterprise IAM strategy. May participate in projects including preparing project plans, assigning tasks, monitoring statuses, coordinating efforts, validating team recommendations, integrating efforts into a comprehensive strategy and delivering results on time. Adapt the architecture to evolving security conditions and support security guidelines. Develop and deliver applicable documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to both internal and external stakeholders. Foster the Agile DevOps culture through latest toolset to improve customer satisfaction through rapid, continuous delivery Qualifications Years of Experience: A minimum of 7 years plus experience in Identity Management A minimum of 7+ years of experience in IAM with 4+ years as SME/architect and 3+ years in Java 5+ years of experience with Symantec (Broadcom's) Identity Management (IDM) or equivalent product development and configuration 5+ years of experience developing workflows, custom connectors, and troubleshooting issues with CA IDM or similar technology Experience in access recertification and related technology is desirable 4+ years of experience development experience using Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and XML. 4+ years of experience with Linux and Windows platforms 5+ years of experience in data security practices and procedures, including systems analysis, authentication technologies, and access controls. Priorities will be given to those with expert knowledge and skill in UNIX/Linux system administration and scripting, JBoss, and Directory Services/LDAP 4+ years of experience with Oracle 12c/19c or SQL Server Database is required 4+ years of experience in Pentaho kettle scripts and Jasper Reporting tool Mandatory Technical Skills: Subject matter expert in Identity Management areas which includes User Management, Password management, access provisioning and good knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and related complex technologies Experience in Installing, Migrating and Configuring CA Identity Manager, Identity governance Strong Java development experience Strong experience on Linux, Windows and User Directories platforms Strong debugging and defect triaging experience Mandatory Non-Technical Skills: Experience with network, systems, and cloud application identity and access management and compliance. Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills Capacity planning, performance monitoring, and Operations support to ensure high availability Must be able to manage multiple and competing priorities with little supervision Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required Demonstrated track record as a team Leader Lead, Design, Architect IDM effectively Ability to deal with competing priorities while staying productive Detail oriented, team Leadership and confidence
