Overview Main Purpose of this Role - Build and Optimize the Data Quality and Analytics Architecture for MasterData Management for PBNA Legacy Master files Data sustainment and PGT/PQGC projects. Practice Building – Drive the growth of the the Data Quality and Analytics Architecture for Master Data Management for PBNA Utilizing a primarily Cloud focused. Assemble best practices and other core deliverables to grow solution offerings. Provide technical thought leadership in the data strategy, cloud data warehouse.Business Development – Foster Relationships with business owners and find consensus within large groups of stakeholders with disparate objectives, needs; and expansion of Service Intelligence portfolio.Guide Business development activities by partnering with other peer leaders to grow new and existing client relationships, Individual Development and Team Player – Lead by example to work in a team of Technical Architects and Data engineers and be a guiding force to create a dynamic service intelligence Data Modeling/Analysis and Warehousing solutions portfolio with passionate team player environment. Responsibilities Adheres to tech. standards and strategies, Enforces Methodology ensuring quality and consistency of team deliverables. Leads all project activities by creating and managing execution and integration of plans. Responsible for the day-to-day mgmt. of project work and resolving daily issues that arise Develops approach and plan to solve technical issues and resolves the most complex problems in their technology.Complexity involves being company focal point for technology issues in area of expertise and Consistently follows problems to a timely resolution and appropriately escalates issues to managerial and tech. leadership. Makes presentations customized to interests of audience and/or provides tech. training and mentoring to less experienced team members, Assists in establishing and maintaining a strong partnership with business partner and manages expectations besides Pro-actively and appropriately communicating to managerial and tech. leadership on project and operational issues Assists in successfully integrating new employees into the department, and builds others' skill sets by coaching them (i.e., coaching, mentoring· Escalates issues and risks as appropriate and makes key decisions about tech. approach to components of projects. Qualifications 4 to 6 years of experience in SQL Data warehouse, SQL Scripting, PL/SQL, Data Analytics or other relevant roles. . 3+ years of SAP experience across master data domains in MDG or S4. Operational S4 experience is a plus. . 5 Years of experience in Power Bi - Proficiency in Data Visualization Reporting tools and Customization of UI components of Data Visualization is mandatory. . 3 plus years of Experience in any IT ArchitectureServing Consumer moving goods or Supply chain Systems is a plus. Extensive Experience in Databases such as Oracle, Sybase, Teradata, and Non- Relational Databases is a must. Vast experience in SQL Scripting, PL/SQL Store Procedures/Triggers, Excel Spreadsheet report, Data Analytics and other relevant roles. Extensive experience in Software Languages such Java along with SQL query language tools is a must. Reports Development expertise in Power BI andassociated UI customizations is a plus Experience in Architecting the Azure Platform SAAS and PAAS components specifically for Data Analytics projects is a must. Proven ability to develop and design creative solutions addressing and meeting client’s objectives and addressing most complex problems with hardened solutions. Experience in one of the agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (eg.Information Systems Computer Science and Applications) Commitment to personal growth and ability to be flexible in addressing the needs with GO getter attitude. Commitment to learn and understand the PBNA business and processes. This individual in the L08 role will work with a number of Internal Platform Architecture team and Business and portfolio Leads and must be a self driven individual. The incumbent should be armed with In-depthunderstanding of Pepsi Co product, services,business processes and business function directly related to the functional area and Usescomprehensive knowledge to support business objectives.
