Alstom IS&T Design Authority is looking for a Cloud Finops Architect to lead Design and cost optimization for Azure, OCI, and private cloud environments.
The candidate should be a Cloud architect specialized in infrastructure Design with deep technical skills and extensive knowledge in Finops and cost management / optimization.
As a Cloud FinOps Architect, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Cloud usage by leveraging your expertise in Cloud design and architecture, data engineering, and cloud cost management.
Define and maintain the architecture rules and patterns of Cloud resources and services usage.
Be the Finops SPOC in the Design Authority to enforce Cloud usage rules.
Participate in the search for tooling and automation solutions for all cloud services ( Azure , OCI , …) .
Define and follow technological standards roadmap
Participate actively to the IS&T innovations initiatives
Collecting the business demands and Evaluate new technology solutions, for an integration to the roadmap.
The scope includes all Hosting services (housing, server, storage, backup, systems, middleware, tooling…) especially public cloud services
Highly organized, Clear, effective written and oral communication.
A Certification as a solution architect (AZ305) or equivalent in other cloud provider is mandatory
A Certification as FinOps Certified Practitioner / Certified Professional is mandatory.
