Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: At least 8 years of experience in IT operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role focused on cloud technologies and AI/ML solutions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AIOps tools (Moogsoft, Splunk, Dynatrace).
