Job Description


The occupant of this position will act as the administrator and support engineer for Imaging technologies like KOFAX, ABBYY and ImageTrust. Must be hands-on with installation, administration, configuration, and troubleshooting activities for these products. The role will be responsible for patching, upgrades, and secure integration of these products with other Citi approved tools and technologies. Information security is of paramount importance and this role will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure infrastructure for the applications using these technologies. The job also includes collaboration with engineering, architects, and application teams to build and maintain highly flexible, scalable and resilient infrastructure.


Responsibilities:


  • Install, configure, and administer KOFAX infrastructure – KOFAX capture, KTM, KOFAX Import connector, User workstations, Scan profiles, export connectors, user profiles etc.
  • Create projects using project builder and Synchronization to KOFAX CAPTURE Admin.
  • Install, configure, and administer ABBYY Fine Reader Server infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, and administer ImageTrust Server infrastructure.
  • Monitor and maintain the imaging infrastructure and troubleshoot issues as necessary. Determine root cause of issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Work closely with Technology Partners (engineering, architects, applications teams and others) Identify process improvement opportunities and implement them.
  • Participate in disaster recovery testing (COB tests) and any follow up actions.
  • Perform post release checkouts after application releases and infrastructure updates.
  • Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
  • Analyze applications to identify risks, vulnerabilities and security issues and recommend corrective actions and follow ups.
  • Perform other duties and functions as assigned from time to time.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:


  • Must have 5-8 years of experience in administering and supporting Imaging technologies KOFAX and ABBYY infrastructure.
  • System administration knowledge and experience of ABBYY Fine reader Server (FRS).
  • Hand-on experience in MW technologies like Tomcat, Microsoft IIS, Apache, and MS-OFFICE runs as middleware.
  • Must have working experience with Relational Databases - SQL Server, Oracle.
  • Infrastructure administration experience in Image Trust will be a plus.
  • Experience with JIRA/SharePoint Usage/Confluence is a plus.
  • Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan and organize workload.

Education:


  • Must have Bachelor’s/University degree preferred in Computer Science or Information Technology.
