Position Overview: The official title for this role is Apprentice, Product Consultant, Data & Research within our Datafeeds team under the Client Operations Department.


Shift Hours:


  • EMEA: 1 PM to 10 PM IST

Team Environment: You will be part of a global, collaborative, and professional team, allowing you to gain extensive knowledge in the financial sector and beyond, while working with a wide array of datasets, including Market data, Fundamental data, ESG, Ratings, and more!


Your Contribution:


  • You will play a crucial role in the team and the organization by professionally addressing client inquiries with analytical insight, showcasing your comprehensive knowledge of our tools, data, and the sectors we cover.
  • As a Product Consultant, you will guide clients towards the most effective methods to achieve high-quality results, enabling you to blend your product expertise with a deep understanding of our clients and their usage of our tools. Key Responsibilities:


  • Address inquiries from data feed clients.
  • Deliver professional, timely, and high-quality support for our feed-based products.
  • Accurately and promptly track client issues in our Client Relationship Management system (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and direct improvement requests to the appropriate teams.

Qualifications We Seek:


Basic Requirements:


  • A Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of corporate accounting statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and shift changes.
  • A strong desire and capability for continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of various asset classes such as equity, fixed income, private equity, and mutual funds.
  • Experience with SQL is an advantage.
