JOB PURPOSE

Design, develop, and customize programs and applications to suit corporate requirements. Liaise with Team leader and operating teams to set and follow guidelines when designing and implementing a solution. Assist and Troubleshoot problems if necessary to ensure smooth flow of daily activities.

Perform 1st level and end user support and escalate to 2nd level if unresolved.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Infor LN ERP developments

• Development of reports & sessions, tables maintenance and customization of INFOR LN ERP.
• Design and implement customized technology solutions which suits the business objectives, by consulting end-users and business managers to gather requirements, propose front-end design and technology platforms, develop delivery timelines, and ascertain acceptable performance standards.

SPAN OF Communication

• Internal: Corporate IT & Business System Unit
• External: IT Vendors; External Application Support
