Position: Assurance System Administrator (System Analyst)


To support a global system to align with business rules and global processes towards standardization and automation. This includes maintenance of system standard build, application security, integrity of data, and provision of timely user technical support.


Roles and Responsibilities:


User access management


  • User Integration Process Maintenance and Profile Updates
  •  Review and follow up user integration fails. Liaise with ADMS group to manually integrate users when needed.
  • Perform user profile updates (role/scope/modules/applications)
  • Create & maintain PAM External Accounts

Projects Maintenance


  • Project creation, updates, archived in line with business rules.
  • Maintaining geography hierarchy
  • Maintain high-level customer lists.

Questionnaires Setup & Maintenance


  • ·Create questions and questionnaires, and maintain snapshots of questionnaires based on current business processes.

Manage reports and dashboards with BI Console


  • Global suites of dashboards
  • Establish templates required for standardized reporting and drive globally standardized internal reporting and dashboard self-service across all locations.
  • ·Assist end users with setup or tailoring of custom reports when needed

Data Import


  • Performing data import to support projects that used client’s system simultaneously
  • Maintain data import configuration
  • Testing and debugging
  • Mapping activities.

Improvement Suggestion Management


  • Maintaining a register 
  • Performing minor configuration changes
  • Updating drop-down contents
  • Liaise with vendor for more complex changes
  • ·Change management & communication

Vendor Liaison


  • Raise issues / queries with vendor
  • Organize outages.
  • System upgrades

Data Integrity


  • Daily/weekly/monthly checks across all modules

Collaboration


  • Collaborate with Regional Analysts and others to support assurance activities, assessments, and initiatives as required
  • Collaborating with the data team with Power BI reports & dashboards
  • Collaborate with the Risk & Facilitation team as needed

Daily support


  • Service NOW requests
  • Teams and email requests
  • Troubleshooting
  • Training
  • Knowledge Sharing
  • Access support
  • Any ad hoc basis as necessary

Security access review


  • ·Quarterly review of access (scope & roles) in line with IT and GDPR requirements.

Develop and maintain training support materials.


  • Quick Reference Guides for users
  • System processes and documentation for System Admin
  • FAQ’s
  • WalkMe

WalkMe maintenance


  • Liaise with WalkMe support team (internal & external)
  • Create & maintain SmartTips, Walkthrough, Need help widget

System maintenance & monitoring (Webapp – Prod, Test, & Dev & ROAM5 mobile app)


  • Make sure is up and running
  • The hourly ETL is running
  • List views maintenance
  • System performance checks
  • Usage statistic

System configuration


  • Workplan
  • Simple configurations that didn’t require SAI Support
  • Advanced configurations liaising with SAI

Hours


  • Hour’s mapping update
  • Hour’s import
  • Project number reconciliation
Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required

Job Specific Skills:


  • Willing to learn new things and creative problem solver.
  • Troubleshooting, customer service, and technical support skills
  • Awareness of risk, engineering and quality, health, safety, asset/Financial, environment business and project processes and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality results.Ability to think analytically and logically.

Industry Specific Experience:


  • 2+ years of business systems experience

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:


  • A recognized bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent qualification/ experience
  • Familiar with the notion of computer coding and programming, customizations, and configuration
  • Web technology and network experience or similar

IT Skills:


  • Expert in MS Office applications and MS SharePoint
  • Knowledge of systems (operating systems, software installation, and configurations)
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to execute system testing

People Skills:


  • Able to identify issues; develop appropriate and innovative solutions; and ask for assistance if required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of running webinars and training, including the ability to convey information and ideas to individuals and groups.
  • Able to coordinate work with others, work effectively in a virtual team, share and transfer knowledge within teams, and contribute to global networks.
  • Excellent customer focus and proven ability to work collaboratively.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties that are reasonably required from time to time. Must demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times.
