Summary: We are looking for a Senior Analyst specializing in Jamf Management and macOS to support, maintain, and optimize enterprise Mac environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Jamf Pro, macOS deployment, security compliance, and troubleshooting complex Mac-related issues in a corporate setting. Roles & Responsibilities: • Jamf Pro Administration: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Jamf Pro policies, profiles, and configurations. • macOS Deployment & Management: Handle macOS imaging, software distribution, updates, and compliance policies. • Security & Compliance: Ensure endpoint security through FileVault, CIS benchmarks, and MDM security policies. • Scripting & Automation: Develop and optimize bash, Python, and AppleScript scripts for automation. • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide L2/L3 support for macOS issues, working with end-users and cross-functional teams. • Intune & Conditional Access: Work with Microsoft Intune and Jamf integration for compliance management. • Incident & Problem Management: Investigate recurring issues, analyze trends, and implement long-term fixes. • User Experience Optimization: Enhance Mac device performance, application compatibility, and overall system usability. • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and compliance reports. Professional & Technical Skills: • 3+ years of experience in Jamf Pro and macOS enterprise management. • Strong expertise in MDM, configuration profiles, and scripting (Bash, Python, AppleScript). • Experience with Zero-Touch Deployment, DEP, and AutoPkg workflows. • Knowledge of macOS security, FileVault encryption, and compliance best practices. • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and conditional access policies. • Excellent troubleshooting skills for macOS, software distribution, and networking issues. • Strong communication and documentation skills. Additional Information: • Jamf 300 or 400 Certification (or equivalent experience). • Experience in a large enterprise or managed services environment. • Knowledge of SCCM/Intune co-management and integration with macOS.15 years full time education
