Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide timely technical support to clients. - Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues. - Document client issues and resolutions. - Collaborate with the development team to enhance system functionality. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft ASP.NET, ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of web development using .Net technologies. - Experience in front-end and back-end development with .Net. - Knowledge of database management systems. - Familiarity with troubleshooting and debugging techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related field is required.A: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related field
