Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the Microsoft Teams Infrastructure system. You will use your exceptional communication skills to accurately define client issues and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge. Your dedication to quality and expertise in system support will ensure the smooth operation of our world-class systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Provide ongoing support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving system or application issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Interpret and analyze client issues to design and implement effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert support.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and documentation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based technologies.
- Strong understanding of system support principles and best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system or application issues.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret client issues to provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.
