Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of applications and providing technical support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the improvement of system performance and stability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by end-users. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex technical problems. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues. - Contribute to the improvement of system performance and stability. - Document and maintain knowledge base articles for issue resolution and troubleshooting guides. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Operations. - Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting in a Linux environment. - Experience with shell scripting and automation tools. - Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Linux Operations. - This position is based at our Pune office. - An Any Graduate degree is required.Any Graduate
