Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to the team. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in problem-solving discussions. With your expertise in Red Hat OS Administration, you will contribute to the stability and efficiency of the applications, ensuring seamless operations for our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in problem-solving discussions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues within critical business systems. - Contribute to the stability and efficiency of applications through effective Red Hat OS Administration. - Provide support to end-users and address their queries and concerns. - Document and maintain technical documentation for future reference. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance the support services provided. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash or Python. - Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. - Experience in monitoring and performance tuning of applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
