• **Demo of Instruments**: Provide demonstrations of HPLC/UHPLC instruments and sample analysis for potential customers.
• **Method Development**: Develop methods based on specified workflows to ensure world-class performance.
• **Application Note Development**: Create comprehensive application notes to support customer usage.
• **Customer Training**: Conduct training sessions for customers as per purchase order commitments to ensure they successfully implement our technologies.
• **Paid Training**: Provide paid training at our demo lab to improve customer knowledge and skills.
• **Internal Training**: Facilitate lab training for new joiners to ensure they are well-equipped to compete in their roles.
• **Presales Support**: Provide online presales support upon request from the TSS/Marketing team to drive customer engagement.
• **Travel**: Travel approximately 20% of the time for customer demos to determine needs and showcase our exceptional products.

• Proven experience in handling HPLC/UHPLC instruments.
• Ability to develop and implement methods based on workflows.
• Proficient in crafting application notes and customer training.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% pan India for customer demonstrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
