Job Description
- Candidate with MSc/ M. Tech/ M. Pharma/ Ph.D. with 4 to 5 years of experience in Mass Spectrometry workflows.
- Primary responsibilities will be to provide post-sales onsite and online application support for Mass Spectrometer customers (HRMS, Triple Quad, Ion Trap MS) on Proteomics, Metabolomics, Lipidomics, Biopharma and Pharma applications (qualitative and quantitative workflows).
- Experience with planning, experimental design and method development (Independently) for proteomics, metabolomics / biopharma applications and protein/peptide/ small molecule workflows employing Orbitrap MS, Q-TOF MS and/or Triple Quad MS. Wet lab, instrument and dry-lab (MS software) knowledge is a plus.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical cum application support in response to customer inquiries (both internal and external), including education, training and on-site visits.
- Assist in the development of training, SOP and educational materials.
- Build new customer advocates from newly completed sales.
- Assist with customer demonstrations and instrument evaluation.
- Prepare and present technical seminars to existing and potential customers, either as part of the sales process or at organized events.
- Deepen and broaden Thermo Fisher Scientific’s customer relationships with scientific and educational leaders.
- Assist in developing educational content for company hosted websites, videos, seminars, applications reports, Application notes, White papers, Technical brief, Marketing documents etc.
