About this team:

At FIS we are looking for a Product Support Representative to join the FIS Enterprise Treasury Client Experience team. The successful candidate will provide treasury and payments support to our client base.

What you will be doing:

• Analyses the diagnostic data and find the root cause of the problem in case of any issues on production application environment.
• Providing support on requests as per priority/severity created in ticketing tool as part of daily operations support.
• Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
• Coordinating Application code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.
• Actively participate in all stages of the product development process, including designing, building, and testing.
• Establishing the root causes of application errors and resolving them to the best possible approach.
• Supports internal customers by responding to help desk calls, performing night on call activities as requested and completing.

What you bring:

• Should have 6 to 10 years of  experience on Production/Application support.
• Experience looking on Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, Devops
• Working knowledge of basic AWS services like IAM, EC2, RDS and VPC.
• Good knowledge and experience on setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in deploying infrastructure using Terraform.
• Understanding on preparing Terraform templates.
• Coordinates, facilitates, manages and controls scheduled and approved change windows for product release and infrastructure   maintenance windows.
• Willing to work in 24*7 rotational shift(Weekend On-Call Support as applicable)

Added bonus if you have:

• AWS  Kubernetes Certification
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
• Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
• Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
