Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. - Lead the development and implementation of application solutions. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the specified timeline and budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance. - Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules. - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules. - Experience in leading application development projects. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. - Experience with SAP implementation methodologies. - Experience in data migration and system integration. - Experience in designing and implementing financial reporting solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 Years of regular education is required.15 Years of regular education
