Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. You will also provide innovative solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, contributing to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters - Oversee the entire application development process - Ensure successful implementation of applications Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies - Experience in leading application development projects - Knowledge of application design and architecture - Experience with application configuration and customization - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies - Familiarity with cloud-based application development - Knowledge of database management systems Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning - This position is based at our Chennai office - A 15 years full-time education is required15 years full time education
