Application Expert - Last Mile

WHAT YOU’LL DO

​As an Application Expert​ within last mile maintenance you will

• Lead and manage ITIL-based service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management. ​
• Translate business requirements and needs into actionable technical specifications for SaaS vendors.
• Coordinate and system test SaaS solutions and surrounding systems.
• Work on improvement projects in cooperation with the Transport B2C product team
• Work closely with our SaaS last mile partners to seamlessly integrate them with H&M ecosystem
• Drive engagement with both external and internal stakeholders across global locations.
• Collaborate closely with the product manager and other cross-functional teams, share best practices, and discuss and motivate design solutions.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​

The Transport B2C (Business-to-Consumer) product team work globally with last mile transportation. We utilize multiple Multi Carrier Parcel Management Systems (MCPMS) along with in-house solutions to connect H&M and our customers with mile carriers across the globe.

You will work alongside Product Manager, Service Owner, Business Expert and Application Experts in the team.​

WHO YOU ARE​

We are looking for people with…​

• 4-7 years of experience working with SaaS carrier broker system
• Strong experience from stakeholder management & coordination
• Experience from working with SaaS carrier broker system
• Experience working with ecom and last mile transportation​
• Good to have experience with Transport Management System (TMS)
• Understanding of Azure cloud platform
