Job Description

Position:Application Engineer, Analog & PowerJob Description:

What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Provide advanced engineering design service and support to regional engineering team in power electronics and analog engineering design solution.
  • Provide hardware engineering support for PCB review, Electronic simulations, Laboratory equipment usage like PCBA rework and Oscilloscope analysis for different customers product development.
  • PCB reviews and design, starting from block diagram, part selection, schematics, layout, gerber and prototypes.
  • Develop clear and concise technical documentation, including whitepapers, technical comparisons, reports and promoting or training internal resources.
  • Support the development and validation of reference designs to meet customer requirement.
  • Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Attend technical and sales training in efforts to stay abreast of current technology.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of engineering designs and solutions for future reference.

What We Are Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or  related engineering field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in electronics/semiconductors, power management, and analog product design.
  • Strong technical skills in Power conversion topologies (DC-DC, AC-DC, and DC-AC).
  • Experience using WBG (Wide bandgap) devices (ex. SiC, GaN, etc.).
  • Experience in electrical instrumentation, Op-Amps, signal conditioning, sensors, and data acquisition systems for measuring, processing, and analyzing electrical signals.
  • Familiar with standards and compliance including IEC, UL, and ISO, relevant to high-power systems.
  • Deep understanding of EMI/EMC standards and mitigation techniques for high-power designs
  • Experience with reference design development, validation, and component optimization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and customers.
  • Passion for innovation and commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
