YOUR ROLE
- Testing & Validation: Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate product performance, durability, and safety across various operating conditions.
- Use testing equipment and instruments to evaluate analytical testing and draw necessary conclusions.
- Conduct laboratory and field tests on materials, components, and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Application Engineering, product development, Sales teams to translate test specifications into application developments.
- New application development: Provide hands-on technical support to customers in the selection, application, and troubleshooting of adhesives for their specific needs.
- Conduct on-site visits to customer locations to oversee trials, provide training, and ensure optimal use of adhesive products.
- Address customer complaints and issues by diagnosing problems related to adhesive application, providing solutions, and implementing corrective actions.
YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years of Industrial sales experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate (Materials engineering or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of adhesive chemistries (e.g., Acrylic epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, acrylic, cyanoacrylate) and their industrial applications.
- Experience with adhesive testing methods (e.g., peel, shear, tensile, and viscosity tests) and equipment.
- Proficiency in product development, trial planning, and failure analysis.
- Experience of training different
- Previous experience of managing lab & Training center (preferred)
