Mission Statement: Product Marketing & Management work includes one or more of the following areas: Product/Brand Marketing. Conducting research to define targeted customer segments and determine the key values that drive buying behavior. Developing product/brand positioning, associated marketing themes, and media channels that align with target customer demographics. Developing and implementing marketing strategies/plans and overseeing development and distribution of marketing materials Product/Brand Management (P&L/Revenue Accountability). Identifying market opportunities, translating opportunities into product design, and driving branding/marketing strategies that result in a successful product/brand launch. Managing the product/brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, ROI etc.). Partnering with product development and marketing teams to ensure that customer needs/values are incorporated into product design, branding, and marketing approaches An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices. Your Responsibility: Experienced in handling Commissioning, After sales support of Grid Automation product RTU, SCADA Have deep understanding of studying specification, Protection SLD and schematic and have capability to provide most optimized solution. Hands-on Experience in Configuration and application development. Must have commissioned 400KV to 33KV Protection System Must have experience of Commissioning of RTU BAse System having SCADA for Transmission, Distribution and Industries Supporting Sales team in handling product specific query. Frequently traveling across India for Conducting Demo and presentation with End users, OEM, Panel Builders and Channel partner. Conducting Knowledge building session Panel Builders and Channel partner. Developing testing Rigs for training. Supporting SLS team for Driving Spec in activity across customer landscape. Your Background: Candidate must have 8-10 Years in Commissioning of Grid Automation – GA (Protection, automation, communication technologies) and should have dealt with Power utilities/ Oil and GAS / Railways/ Metros/ EPC/ End users as a system as well as product. Good communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
