Application Engineer

Contributes to the technical delivery of projects that generate new products, processes and understanding which have commercial value to JM. Works independently on specific engineering tasks within required time frame with support available and regular checks by supervisor or senior colleague

• Work with Application Experts and Product Development on a defined plan and execute an evaluation of individual ATS components.
• Highly focused on catalyst simulation studies, generate data for model creation
• Support RTPM or Apps lead dataset creation to meet customer requirements
• Support to prepare a technical proposal with relevant datasets using actual test and simulation study
• Follow JM's New Product Introduction process and maintain relevant documents and data updated so that customer requirements can be met at all stages of our product introduction process.
• Coordination of Sample Development Activities for all Projects to ensure that samples are available to our customers so that they can test JM products and be in a position to revert with relevant feedback.
• Lead post-mortem analysis for durability and support field issue samples PMA and root cause analysis
• Coordination with Testing Engineers to schedule activities and analyze test data to generate information for customer projects, review internally, and share and explain to customer
• Lead/support Benchmarking Projects
• Participate in and contribute to all assigned Application team activities
• Drive high standard of EHS behavior among team members and identify and implement improvements to EHS systems and practices when required
• Lead the material handling and maintain the storage and 5S activities
