Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will work on developing innovative solutions to enhance user experience and streamline processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop software solutions. - Design, develop, and test software applications to ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application development processes. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management. - Strong understanding of ITIL framework and incident management processes. - Experience with incident tracking tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. - Knowledge of IT service management principles and practices. - Hands-on experience in incident resolution and escalation procedures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Incident Management. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
