Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the product lifecycle management (PLM) process. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and designing innovative solutions to enhance the PLM system. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop PLM applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA Cloud. - Strong understanding of PLM concepts and processes. - Experience in designing and developing PLM applications. - Knowledge of PLM tools and technologies. - Familiarity with software development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
