Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce Development projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop Salesforce applications based on business needs. - Customize and configure Salesforce Lightning Aura Components. - Perform unit testing and debugging of Salesforce applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Aura Components. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. - Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. - Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System. - Familiarity with Salesforce integration and data migration. - Solid grasp of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
