Summary: As an Application Architect, you will provide functional and/or technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications. You will assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing application solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop application solutions based on functional and technical specifications. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to application development. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts for new requirements. - Produce and review estimates for client work requests. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes. - Provide guidance and support to junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite. - Strong understanding of application architecture principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications. - Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management. - Knowledge of integration techniques and technologies, such as Oracle SOA Suite. - Experience in data migration and conversion activities. - Solid understanding of Oracle database concepts and SQL. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Financials. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
