APAC Rewards Principal Specialist (Compensation)

Purpose of the role: (overall JD)


Responsible as an individual contributor supporting within the area of Rewards (Compensation focus) within the P&C function. Support the development and implementation of  strategic initiatives related to the designated area of expertise, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. 


Serve as an advisor and program manager to the region, with main interface being Regional CoEs, Global Operations, Global BPs, while ensuring the employee group understands the Rewards agenda in Amadeus. Main interaction is with business stakeholders Senior Manager and Above. 


The position is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and management of job analysis, wages, salaries, and incentives in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization's pay practices, including the Sales Incentive Plan, companywide pay for performance plans, and any other organizational compensation plans and initiatives. Develop and update company policies and documentation of current processes. Perform analysis and make recommendations regarding market rates for specific jobs. Works with sales management to develop incentive programs and designs and oversees the administration those programs.  Also responsible for design and administration of performance review or merit-rating programs. Conducts ongoing review of salary increases for compliance with organization policy and budget and makes recommendations on changes to organization pay plan design, components and strategy.  Responsible for processing, summarizing, analyzing and reporting data for all plans within the scope of responsibility, working within established deadlines. Develops monthly, quarterly and annual analyses and reports the results to management. Prepares ad hoc reports, accrual analysis and validation analyses as requested.


Description:


Partner very closely to provide advice to clusters on Reward programs, and country Reward Operations. Run cyclical and off-cycle promotional and equity increases, and the design and development and support P&C Services in the administration of compensation, equity, special bonus or incentive programs and payments as required. Research market trends, participates in salary surveys in order to keep compensation programs current and competitive.  
Compensation Program management - Salary reviews
Supports the annual Salary Review ("SRV") process, mid year review process, as well as off-cycle, including the compliation of relevant data with P&C Publishes Corporate guidelines and supports training sessions with leadership / compensation planners.  Generates analytics during and subsequent to cycle for publishing to P&C BPs and senior management.  Work with various stakeholders (Group Reward, DTS, HRIS) on tool enhancements and deployments.
Compensation management - Offers, grading and others
Review and approve offers G11+ for clusters assignedServes as the subject matter expert for the research, leads the development and implementation of compensation programs. Subject matter expert for Corporate equity programs and compensation tools (e.g. Global Grading System), retention programs.  Serves as the primary representative with third parties and other stakeholders. Partners and collaborates with People Partners, P&C Services, HRIS and other areas to provide insight and knowledge of different processes of the P&C function. Use project management skills in managing projects as assigned, 
Participate in global / regional programs and supports other aspects in P&C/Reward as assigned. Support the continuous improvement and education efforts and material development of an APAC reward repository for assigned topics.


Education: BS in Business, HR or other related field, GRP, CCP preferred


Experience:


8 to10 years relevant experience with demonstrated proficiency in the management of compensation and benefits (with regional experience highly preferred),  administration of equity plans, and end to end compensation and benefit experience, 1 - 3 years of consultancy background preferred
