Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering

• Engage with clients to understand business objectives and gather detailed requirements.
• Document business needs and ensure alignment with Anaplan solutions.
• Assist in the preparation and approval of business requirement documents.

1. Anaplan Model Design & Development

• Build, develop, and maintain Anaplan models based on best practices.
• Configure modules, lists, line items, dashboards, and calculations.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces and dashboards for effective decision-making.

1. Data Integration & Performance Optimization

• Set up and maintain data pipelines between Anaplan and systems like Snowflake or SQL Server.
• Leverage Anaplan Optimizer and other advanced features for model efficiency.
• Ensure seamless data flow and accuracy across systems.

1. Agile Project Management

• Work within Agile frameworks, including sprint planning and user stories.
• Contribute to solution design documents, test cases, and iterative model improvements.
• Ensure continuous alignment between development progress and client expectations.

1. Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) & Governance

• Manage ALM processes for controlled model updates and enhancements.
• Ensure structured deployment with minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years of IT experience including 3+ years of Hands-on Anaplan modeling
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Experience in creating model mock-ups and analyzing data.
• Experience with integrating Anaplan with Snowflake, SQL Server, or other platforms.
• Sprint planning, user stories, test cases, and documentation.
• Deep understanding of Anaplan logic and structures; lists, modules, actions, processes, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of model versioning and lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complex Anaplan model building and optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
