 As  “Analytics Solutions professional ” within our “ Portfolio Analysis Group(PAG)” , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.


Portfolio Analysis Group (“PAG”) is responsible for performance measurement and portfolio analytics for external clients and serves as a value-added source of independent analysis and thought leadership for internal clients including portfolio managers, front office advisors, sales & marketing and senior management. You will be responsible for rate of return calculations, return attribution, risk analytics, competitive analysis and composite analysis and construction which is instrumental in helping external clients understand drivers of performance in their portfolios and internally measure the effectiveness of PAG’s products and strategies.


Job Responsibilities 


  • Drive automation of new and existing processes using data transformation tools like Alteryx, Xceptor, Python 
  • Build, maintain and enhance Alteryx data transformation workflows. Deploy them to tool server
  • Create, manage and enhance analytics dashboards in Tableau / Qlik and manage and deploy dashboards to the firm-wide server
  • Liaison with key business partners to ensure appropriate solution design 
  • Partner with the global PAG team for accurate and timely UAT
  • Assist in writing testing scripts for the various projects that PAG undertakes
  • Participate in all aspects of UAT and Feedback Loops for technology enhancements
  • Support ongoing development of Data Analytics framework by partnering with business to identify requirements, support new users and train new team members in using the toolset
  • Demonstrate governance by ensuring that: (a) workstreams and initiatives are tracked and actively managed, (b) KPI’s are agreed, measured and tracked, (c) deliverables are properly prioritized and sequenced, (d) risks are addressed and status measured, and (e) deliveries are successful.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with delivery partners across including senior leaders in the Business, Technology, Design, Operations, and control functions across lines of business.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert with respect to Intelligent Automation tools knowledge for new projects and for supporting volunteers of Federated model

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in program management leading strategic or transformational change with experience in wealth management, asset management, digital banking, or a closely related business 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science and relevant work experience required
  • Experience in data transformation tools, such as Alteryx, Xceptor, Python
  • Experience in data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau, QlikView / QlikSense
  • Enhanced data mining skills using SQL, SAS, Python or other equivalent tools
  • Extensive experience in project delivery across multiple streams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals. 
  • Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations – with the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.  Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences with poise and confidence. 
  • Strong understanding of different technological development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and design techniques with ability to successfully lead regardless of approach.
