●Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, journey, and conversion metrics to inform marketing strategy.
●Identify opportunities to optimize lead generation, reduce acquisition costs, and improve campaign effectiveness.
●Collaborate with the SEO Specialist to track and improve organic performance metrics.
●Partner with the Marketing Manager to align analytics with campaign goals and business objectives.
●Recommend adjustments to campaign targeting, budgets, and creatives based on data insights.
●Support A/B testing initiatives for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve conversions.
●Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio) to track performance metrics.
●Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency.
●Stay updated on emerging analytics tools and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.
●Work closely with the Content Writers, Social Media Manager, and Performance Marketing Specialist to align data insights with creative and strategic initiatives.
●Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications
●Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
●4–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance tracking, or related roles.
●Expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, or Power BI).
●Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
●Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization techniques.
●Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
