BUSINESS CONTEXT:
E-commerce is a dynamic and rapidly expanding channel poised at the threshold of its next phase of evolution and growth. We are seeking an Analytics Executive to join our e-Commerce COE team. The key role of this position will be to conduct data analysis and reporting to unlock various business levers aiming to enhance decision-making for the channel and develop solutions that pave the way for future growth opportunities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Uncover opportunities to capture data and conduct analysis on key levers – availability, discoverability, and conversion across categories and platforms.
Craft a robust methodology that transforms raw data into actionable insights, delivering timely information to our stakeholders on the performance of the KPIs.
Unearth the underlying causes behind these key metrics, collaborating closely with stakeholders to dissect and address root issues timely and effectively.
Pioneer innovative automation and technology solutions, unlocking forward-thinking capabilities that resonate across all Unilever brands and e-commerce platforms.
Work closely with IT and global teams to develop winning solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in e-commerce and /or FMCG is a strong advantage.
Collaboration and strong stakeholder management skills are a must.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills for comprehensive data analysis and strategic recommendations.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with a strong output orientation.
