Analytics Engineer

As a Analytics Engineer at SingleStore, you will have ownership to develop and enhance products and features enabling product growth.  You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and other teams to drive both strategic initiatives and influence the product roadmap. You will be expected to analyze and present a variety of critical data that will determine what other team members work on..

Role and Responsibilities

• Leverage your expertise in Python for Data Engineering
• Design and implement SQL reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights from many types of data including observability metrics, Zendesk tickets, feature usage, compute usage, salesforce, and many other metrics.
• Contribute to improving the overall customer experience by utilizing data-driven insights to guide product, engineering, and support efforts.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and flexibility to change priorities when needed.

Position Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in both SQL and Python with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience.
• Proven experience in creating SQL reports and dashboards, showcasing your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Solid experience in data engineering with Python, demonstrating the capability to develop and maintain robust data pipelines.
• Good to have experience with - Grafana, MySQL, Metabase, Zendesk
• Ability to manage workload within a fast paced, energetic, and dynamic workplace.
