Job Summary

The Enterprise Information and Platforms organization (EI&P) delivers technology foundations, standards, processes and governance required to support an enterprise approach to information management spanning multiple business entities, disciplines and platforms.  This position will serve as the Analytics capability lead by providing strategic technical direction and project consultation for the Enterprise Data Program.  The resource will be responsible for the design, development, enhancement, debugging and implementation of analytic workbench and reporting solutions (Internal and 3rd Party Tools) utilizing Agile methodology (i.e., Marketplace Delivery Capabilities). 

This position is responsible for providing platform and development support for datavisualization and reportingtools. The key responsibilities will be toprepare moderndatatransformationplatformsto getinsights from key business data. The employee will also be responsible fordesigning, implementation and management of data preparationand advancedanalytics tools in addition to demonstrating business users on getting insights from the data from different sources. Responsibilities also include to develop platform roadmap, lifecycle andlicense management by working with the product vendors and other responsible parties

Note:PlatformLeadshould have a foundational set of knowledge in:  communication, leadership, teamwork, problem solving skills, solution / blueprint definition, business acumen, architectural processes (e.g.blueprinting, reference architecture, governance, etc.), technical standards, project delivery, and industry knowledge.

• Good experience on Data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau

  
  

• Tableau platform administrationto includeplatform upgrades, performance tuningand license Management.

  
  

• Leading and working knowledge with Operations team and vendor management

  
  

Desired experiencerequirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems or equivalent work experience 

  
  

• 5+years experienceworking in regulated environments and with internal systems quality policies and procedures 

  
  

• Working knowledgewithTableauOn-Premise setuporTableau Cloudand AWSQuickSight

  
  

• 3+ years of experience in AWS technology and projects implementation.

  
  

• Experience in using Tableau Data Prep, Tableau Command line utilities

  
  

• Experience in creating dashboards and Visualization using Tableau

  
  

• Experience with Agile Development. 

  
  

• Experience in development and deployment onboth on-prem andcloud infrastructure

  
  

• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience

  
  

• Strong Administration and Security experience

  
  

• Solid understanding of security in platform operations
