As a Financial Analyst in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. 


Job Responsibilities


  • Managing Legal Entity accounting and control on a monthly basis, which includes the month-end close process, parent/child accounting, equity pick-up, reviewing inter-entity breaks, and monitoring unnatural general ledger balances.
  • Conducting a month-end analytical review of the legal entity to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial statements, and preparing various reports, including contributions to the Monthly Controller’s Book, as well as Legal Entity and Line of Business financial commentary and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Investigating, analyzing, and resolving issues while responding to ad-hoc queries to support financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Assisting in the Booking Model review and ongoing compliance monitoring with Legal Entity Control Standards.
  • Controlling intercompany activity, including providing variance commentary to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Monitoring the general ledger, including consolidation and netting, to maintain financial integrity.
  • Participating in firmwide legal entity reporting projects, including infrastructure and process improvement efforts, and supporting other Controller initiatives as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in an analytical and financial role and should have worked experience in controllership 
  • Understanding of financial statement structures and US GAAP / IFRS or any local GAAP
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills( 4 bullet points max)


  • Knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx will be an added advantage
  • CA/MBA (Finance) an advantage
