How will you make an impact in this role?


  • Establishment of the Business Conduct program in the APAC markets.
  • Supporting the continuous development and expansion of the ICS Business Conduct Program.
  • Regularly connect with Sales leaders to explain coaching opportunities and share findings from the Call Monitoring.
  • Stakeholder / Steering committee facilitation (coordinating the development of materials / minuting / tracking actions etc).
  • Training development - Working in collaboration with existing OE team, Business leads, central training function & compliance officers and Colleague relations to enhance the training capabilities associated with the sales practices program.
  • Collaboration with the central team and with second line, to monitor development of Business Conduct program to ensure risks/ issues, enhancements and learnings from the other markets are leveraged into the international plan as applicable.
  • Assist in the design of adequate control environment to monitor the Sales practices/ Business Conduct program.
  • Assist in day-to-day activities to support compliance with enterprise policies and programs pertaining to specific risk types (e.g., AEMP 88 conduct risk management policy)
  • Assist in specific activities / tasks required to support integration of decentralized risk types into broader Operational Risk Management (ORM) policies and programs
  • Assist in administrative activities to compile topical risk information, including emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory updates relevant to each area of expertise
  • Assist in administrative activities required to compile materials and disseminate targeted training and awareness programs to increase understanding and management of specific risk topics within ICS
  • Assist in creating KRI reporting for business conduct monitoring processes 
  • Assist in addressing Internal Audit and Second line of defense reviews
  •  Create end-end process documentation and associated operating procedures / policies as required to enhance existing or rollout new control environment capabilities – ensuring all relevant approvals are secured and audit trail of changes maintained.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Risk Mgmt., or related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) or certifications are advantageous
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in relevant field
  • Experience in building leadership reports
  • Strong relationship building experience / ability to develop relationships with key ICS business partners and stakeholders across Compliance, Legal and Colleague relations teams.
  • Project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in process governance, establishing and overseeing robust decision-making processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively
  • Past experience in Operational Excellence, Compliance, Internal Audit, Operational Risk or a related discipline preferred
