This is an exciting time to join a team that is developing new strategies, implementing new processes, and building new partnerships across the Blue Box to bring greater value to our Third-Party Lifecycle Management Program (TLM) and Alternate Practice Program (AP).  This role is within CEG Strategic Vendor Management team will support third party reporting and special projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to oversee our data processing, management, and analysis responsibilities. The Analyst will interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations based upon the research findings. The analyst will work closely with teams within the business or the management team to review third party inventory, ensure third parties are under the right governance path and clean up inventory.  The candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and experience in data interpretation and reporting. 


Responsibilities include:


  • Establish standard operating procedures, process documents and oversight governance for third party relationships including maintaining an inventory – What do you think about add this on? 
  • Collect and interpret data from various sources
  • Analyze and report the results from data analyses to management and key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement databases and data collection systems
  • Ensure data integrity by cleaning and validating data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and uniformity
  • Design and create data reports using reporting tools
  • Transform raw data into understandable and actionable information
  • Identify patterns and trends within data sets
  • Assist in decision-making processes by providing timely and accurate data reports
  • Design business analysis and dashboard for use throughout the department
  • Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
  • Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
  • Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
  • Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to stakeholders

Qualifications:


Required Attributes:


  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail orientated with high levels of accuracy and productivity
  • Self-motivated with high degree of personal accountability, ability to work independently, and between cross-functional internal and external groups
  • Flexible approach and ability to ‘think outside the box’
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and pivot quickly in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong relationship management skills as dealing with multiple stakeholders / partners and third-party vendors
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm to take special projects and collaborate to drive success for the team

Required Qualifications:


  • Understanding of the Third-Party Lifecycle Management process and requirements highly preferred
  • Prior relevant work experience in data reporting  
  • Technical knowledge of reporting platforms
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment with evolving business needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to build relationships, participate in cross functional teams and work independently in a highly matrixed organization
