What you’ll be doing?


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs, translating them into actionable project requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and milestones, to guide project execution.
  • Perform data analysis to understand project impacts and provide insights for decision-making. Generate regular reports on project status, budget utilization, and KPIs.
  • Act as the main point of contact between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
  • Serve as a liaison between Tech and Product teams, leveraging an understanding of QA testing and technical documentation.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, recommending and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Assess potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain project documentation, ensure adherence to company policies, and align with regulatory requirements and best practices in financial services.
