And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless.We’re here to better our world with biology.Tasks and responsibilitiesOwnership of Sourcing KPI reporting, analyses and insights for various assignments and business requirements, in line with organisational strategyScope and co-build highly relevant, impactful and intuitive dashboards that bring the underlying data to life through insights [Tableau, Power BI or any other BI tool] and effectively communicate findings and plans to stakeholders and management.Use data to analyse findings and and create proposals for strategic and operational improvements and changesEngage with relevant stakeholders to ensure data based decision-making, and to drive availability and awareness of data accuracy.Business Systems: Functional ownership of key Sourcing systems (improve adoption through training, data quality, system improvement by testing and launching new features).Continuously and proactively assess how Sourcing organisation is performing and help identify and drive improvements in data and business related insights by, e.g., conducting internal/external research and analysis and through proactive stakeholder engagement in order to come up with solutions to business needs and help to introduce these solutions to businessesEducational background and other qualifications sought: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics or similar from a recognised educational institution4-8+ years of experience within a relevant business functionStrong engaging and problem-solving skills, structured way of workingGood understanding of Source to Pay/Procure to Pay business processes and relevant dataProficiency in Business Intelligence, Data Transformation and Visualization tools like Knime, Tableau, Power BIGood proficiency in Spend management tools and solutions, eSourcing, Contract management, Sharepoint, etc. will be highly desiredExemplary personal and professional integrityFluent in English (is a prerequisite)Could our purpose be yours?
