The Risk & Compliance Analyst is a versatile and innovative risk professional, who can support all aspects of the risk management lifecycle: from framework and program building, to supporting the business functions/segments with implementation, through to risk analytics and reporting. About the Role
As an Analyst, Operations Risk Partnering you will:
Support the management in implementing the Operations Risk Partnering Strategy
Collaborate with various teams for performing day-to-day activities ensuring effective risk management
Assist the team in preparing high-quality periodic reports to relevant committees / forums
Facilitate training to businesses for embedding a risk aware culture
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
About You
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field, and relevant professional certification is preferred
2 - 3 years of experience in risk management, particularly in operations and technology industries
Possess a sound understanding of enterprise risk management principles and best practices
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, by working independently or collaboratively
Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
