Assistant Manager – Brand


Function Description:


This position is suitable for self-starter, self-driven who can come up with creative solutions for business challenges. They will be responsible for executing and supporting all communication tasks. The member will help in delivering emailers, banners, HTMLs and other creative assets to business stakeholders. They will manage work stream with creative agencies daily and align jobs basis business priorities. This role will be an integral part of the brand communication team and help in planning communication strategy and calendars, brand strategy and more.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage communication calendar (email, DMI, Website) for products and deliver creatives by working closely with the creative agency
  • Collaborate with other teams like product, marketing, offers, compliance, etc. to deliver creative solutions for business objectives/challenges
  • Execute key product and brand campaigns – plan campaigns based on insights post data analysis
  • Monthly reports and MIS on communications delivered. Closely track performance of communication across platforms – Emailers, app, website, Cardmember account page, etc.
  • Help localise global campaigns for India market
  • People’s leader: Manage a person/team

Skills/Capabilities required:


  • Must have experience in email marketing, brand strategy and different communication channels
  • Must understand the premium space – Brands, UHNIs, luxury experiences, etc.
  • 6 – 10 years work ex in the field of marketing/communication
  • Prior Brand Communication or agency experience would be preferrable
  • Excellent communication, presentation and data analysis skills needed
  • Prior experience in team management required
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
  • Strength in building and leveraging relationships, experience in working within a cross functional matrix
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills 
  • Prior experience in communications and digital marketing is preferable
  • Must be proficient in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Strong project management skills
