Your Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a creative and driven IT professional to join Baxter as an Analyst, IT. You will have a crucial role in reviewing and approving all validation documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborating with our IT teams, you will make sure that all validation documents strictly adhere to Good Documentation practices and are aligned with industry standards.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Review cross-functional teams' validation and project documents to ensure adherence to Good Documentation practices, quality, and alignment with processes, standards, and SOPs.
  • Allot document numbers for SOPs based on their document class, functional area code, and type.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences industry and its regulations.
  • Build, manage, and maintain documents required by Baxter quality systems procedures for IT applications.
  • Ensure the Periodic Review process is maintained for computerized systems.
What You’ll Bring
  • A bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or technology, along with meaningful work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in the documentation, review, and approval of IT project documents.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, the ability to take initiative, and the capability to work independently without close supervision.
  • Knowledge and experience in documentation management using document management tools.
