Could you be the full-time Level 2 Engineer in Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll ensure operational excellence for Office 365 services, impacting the productivity of our global workforce. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (UCC & AD L3 team, Networking, Service Now, Incident Management), coordinate with internal and external partners, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of troubleshooting and managing mobile devices and applications, but also drive service improvement initiatives.
We’ll look to you for:
Effective coordination with UCC Level 3, Service Desk, and Local Support
Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues with mobile devices and Office 365 services
Delivering high-quality customer service to Alstom End users
Driving efficiency and reducing the number of incidents and service requests
Providing technical knowledge sessions to Service Desk and Local support teams
Performing system health checks and reporting

Degree in Engineering (B.E, B-Tech)
Experience of 4-6 years supporting Intune and other MDM services
Knowledge of MDM, MCM, and MAM Administration
Familiarity with mobile device troubleshooting and enterprise application distribution
A certification in a relevant field is advantageous
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
