1. Attrition replacement for Viplaw Sinha ; EID : 11515976; Exit Date: 16/8/2024.
2. Resource is required for PRUDENTIAL Indexing. Resource will handle account with variable cases coming wherein the target to clear the cases is within 2 hrs of their receiving along with it all the other cases are to be indexed the same day as received until 02:30 AM IST.
3. SLA Description/ Target: Prudential Indexing SLA is Indexing of all the items as receivde until 02:30 AM IST the same day and for variable policies, itmes should be indexed within in 2 hours of receiving until 02:30 AM IST. SLA Actuals : April and May 100%.
